1. Overview
KingPoints is KingPao's trust program for customers and resellers. Points reflect your completed-order record and payment behavior. They are not cash, discounts, or wallet balance — they determine your trust status and the privileges that come with it, such as Trusted COD. Your current points, status, and full history are always visible on the KingPoints page in the app.
2. Earning points
- You earn 1 KingPoint for every completed order.
- Orders that are still pending, cancelled, or refunded before completion earn no points.
- Your total is computed as completed orders minus deductions, and it can never go below zero.
3. Trusted status & benefits
- Reach 5 completed orders to become Trusted.
- Trusted customers can pay Cash on Delivery without a down payment, with less friction and fewer upfront requirements at checkout.
- Keep ordering and paying on time to maintain Trusted status. Deductions (Section 5) can drop you back below the threshold and remove these benefits.
4. Shortage handling
If you are short on payment at delivery, the store may cover part of the gap, and any remaining unpaid amount can carry forward to your next order. Shortages handled this way are recorded on your account.
5. Deductions
Points may be deducted by your branch for abuse or policy violations, including:
- Payment refusal — refusing to pay on delivery or pickup.
- COD scam — deceptive behavior around Cash on Delivery orders.
- Shortage abuse — repeated or deliberate underpayment.
- Fraud — false information, impersonation, or manipulation of orders and payments.
- Manual adjustment — corrections applied by the branch, with a recorded reason.
Every deduction is recorded with its reason, the related order (if any), and the date, and appears in your Points History alongside earned points.
6. Restoration & appeals
If you believe a deduction was made in error, contact your assigned branch with your order number and details. When a deduction is reversed, a restored entry is added to your history so the correction is transparent. For general support, reach us at 0997-745-9862 (Mon–Sat, 8AM–8PM) or support@kingpao.com.
7. Expiry & fair use
- KingPoints currently do not expire.
- Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be converted to KingWallet balance or discounts.
- Abuse of the program (including multi-account farming) may lead to deductions or account suspension under the Terms & Conditions.
8. Changes to these rules
We may update these rules (including earn rates, Trusted thresholds, and benefits) at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and material changes will be reflected on the KingPoints page in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
