1. Overview
KingWallet is your in-app balance for paying orders, receiving automatic refunds, and settling delivery-fee adjustments. Every movement of funds is recorded in your KingWallet transaction history with its type, amount, reference, and date. By topping up or paying with KingWallet, you agree to these terms along with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
2. Top-ups
- Top up through the Wallet page using GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or other methods supported by our payment processor (PayMongo).
- Top-ups are credited to your balance once the payment is confirmed. A failed or unconfirmed payment credits nothing.
- Keep your top-up receipts and transaction references until the amount appears in your balance.
3. Paying with KingWallet
- At checkout, toggle "Use KingWallet" to apply your balance to the order. You may combine wallet balance with online payment for the remainder.
- If your wallet covers the full total, the order is treated as paid immediately with no external payment needed.
- Wallet deductions are final once the order is placed, subject to the cancellation and refund rules below.
4. Automatic refunds to wallet
- If you paid more than the final assessed delivery or transport fee (for example, the actual bus or hired-transport cost came in lower than the estimate), the excess is credited back to your KingWallet automatically.
- Approved order refunds are typically credited to KingWallet for future purchases, as described in the Refund Policy.
- Wallet amounts used on a cancelled unpaid order are restored to your balance automatically where applicable.
5. Shortfalls & debt
- If the final assessed fee is higher than what you paid, the shortfall is recorded as wallet debt (a negative balance) and added to your next order.
- While you carry outstanding debt, Cash on Delivery is unavailable — you must check out with online payment so the debt is cleared together with the new order.
- Debt repayments appear in your history as debt repayment entries linked to the order that settled them.
6. Cash-out & transfers
- KingWallet balance is intended for purchases within KingPao and is not a bank account: it earns no interest and has no expiry.
- Cash-out or withdrawal of balance, if offered, requires branch approval and separate terms. Balances cannot be transferred between accounts.
7. Security & disputes
- Never share your login credentials or OTP codes. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Review your transaction history regularly. For any unfamiliar entry, contact your branch promptly with the transaction details shown in your history, or reach support at 0997-745-9862 (Mon–Sat, 8AM–8PM) or support@kingpao.com.
- Fraudulent top-ups, chargeback abuse, or manipulation of wallet transactions may lead to balance reversal, deductions, or account suspension.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of KingWallet after changes constitutes acceptance.
