1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for a KingPao account, accessing the portal, or placing orders, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility & account registration

  • You must provide accurate business location, contact, and account information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • One account must not be shared with unauthorized persons. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Email or SMS verification is required before account creation.
  • KingPao may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Branch assignment & service areas

Your account is linked to a KingPao branch based on your registered location. Delivery availability, zones, fees, and pickup options depend on branch service areas. Areas outside standard delivery zones may use alternative delivery methods (such as bus delivery) with fees assessed by the branch.

4. Face ID verification

To place orders outside your registered delivery zone, you are required to enroll in Face ID verification. By enrolling in Face ID, you agree to the following:

  • You consent to the collection and storage of your facial biometric data (mathematical template and reference image) for identity verification purposes.
  • Your Face ID will be verified at checkout when placing outside-zone orders to confirm your identity.
  • You will not attempt to bypass, spoof, or manipulate the Face ID verification system.
  • Your biometric data may be compared against other enrolled users to detect and prevent multi-account abuse.
  • Branch administrators may review your reference image to verify your identity during order processing.

You may re-register your face at any time, which will replace your previous biometric data. You may also request deletion of your biometric data by contacting your branch or KingPao support. Deleting your biometric data will require re-enrollment for outside-zone orders.

5. Orders & pricing

  • Product prices, availability, and promotions are set by your branch and may change without prior notice.
  • An order is confirmed when accepted by the system and/or branch according to order status shown in your account.
  • Delivery fees displayed at checkout are estimates based on branch settings and distance unless marked as final.
  • You must provide a valid delivery address and be available to receive or pick up orders as selected.

6. Payment terms

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
  • Online payment: You must complete payment through the authorized payment flow. Unpaid online orders may be cancelled automatically after the payment window expires.
  • KingWallet: Wallet balance may be applied to orders subject to available funds. Wallet terms, top-ups, debts, and adjustments are managed according to branch and platform rules.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false information or impersonate another person or business.
  • Attempt to bypass security, abuse promotions, or interfere with platform operation.
  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes or to harass branch staff or other users.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access in ways that harm the service.

8. Limitation of liability

KingPao and its branches strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KingPao is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, delivery delays, third-party payment failures, or events outside reasonable control.

9. Intellectual property

The KingPao name, logo, software, and content on the portal are owned by KingPao or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform materials without permission.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by applicable laws in the Philippines. For questions, contact your assigned KingPao branch or platform support.
